煤层气吸附解吸过程采集技术研究

摘要 温度和压力是按容量法研究煤层气吸附解吸过程的两个重要物理量。其检测手段的可靠性和精确性直接决定了实验结果可信性。本文通过介绍容量法煤层气吸附解吸实验原理和温度及压力检测原理,提出了铂热电阻和硅压阻式压力传感器作为煤层气吸附解吸实验过程中对温度、压力的检测实现手段。该技术手段被用于AST-2000煤层气吸附解吸实验装置上,运行稳定,得到的结果准确,具有现实意义。 Temperature and pressure are two important physical quantities studied by volume methane adsorption-desorption process.Their reliability and accuracy of detection methods directly determine the credibility of the experimental results.By introducing the volumetric method coalbed methane adsorption- desorption experimental principle,temperature and pressure detection principle to start,made??of platinum thermal resistance and silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor as coalbed methane adsorption-desorption experiment on temperature,pressure detection means of achieving.The technical means to be used for AST-2000Coalbed Methane Adsorption- desorption experimental device,run stable,achieve significance.
