摘要
理论与实践相脱离是思想政治教育存在的问题之一,思想政治属于人文社会科学,无法像自然科学那样在实验室里完成,如何增强思想政治教育的实践性,一直是理论界思考的问题。大学生骨干挂职锻炼的践行有望解决这一难题。大学生骨干挂职锻炼作为思想政治教育的新模式,具有把社会价值和个体价值相结合、把模拟职场与现实职场相结合、把理论教育与实践锻炼相结合等优势,未来发展方向可以在与青年马克思主义者培养工程的融合、与暑期社会实践的融合、与专业实习制度相结合、与选调生选拔机制相结合等方面入手。
