摘要
通过对涟钢210 t转炉厂Q235B冶炼过程中转炉严重回硫及成品硫控制过低等不合理现象进行研究与分析,提出了短流程工艺路线:"铁水→混铁炉→(选择性)KR→BOF→吹氩站→CC"。生产实践表明,短流程工艺条件下Q235B冶炼过程[S]含量控制及成品质量均满足要求,相对原工艺成本降低13.54元/t。
Through the investigation and analysis to seriously resulphurizing and the low controlling of finished product sulfur and so on unreasonable phenomenon in Q235B smelting process at Liangang 210 t converter plant,proposes the short flow process line: "Hot metal Metal mixer-(optional) KR-BOF-Ar-CC".The manufacturing practice shows that,under the condition of the short flow process line,[S]content controlling in Q235B smelting process and finished product quality meet all the requirements,compared with the original technique cost cuts down by 13.54 yuan / t.
