摘要 为了找出刀具磨损的主要因素,优化滚刀在刀盘上的布置,了解滚刀振动对刀圈应力分布规律的影响.采用理论和软件分析相结合的方法,以岩石掘进机掘进混合片麻岩为条件,研究了刀盘上刀具消耗规律及其影响因素.结果表明:滚刀磨损最快的在刀圈外缘;离刀盘中心越远,刀具磨损越快;岩石完整系数越大,刀具磨损越快;随着滚刀磨损量的增大,掘进中滚刀外缘和岩石接触面积增大,挤压力降低.该研究结果对岩石隧道掘进机刀具系统的优化有重要的参考价值和指导意义. In order to find out the main factor on the wear of disc cutter,the method of combining theoretical analysis with software analysis was applied.The layout of the disc cutters on the cutterhead was optimized,and the effect of vibration on distribution of stress on the disc cutter was found out.The consumption of the disc cutter on the cutterhead and its influencing factors was analyzed by boring the amphogneiss.The investigation shows that the position of the fastest wear on the disc cutter is the outer edge of the cutter ring; the more the distance of the disc cutter from the cutterhead and the integrity coefficient of the bored rock,the more the wear of the disc cutter; with the increase of the wear of the cutter ring,the contact area between the disc cutter and the rock increases and their extrusion force decreases.These results are very helpful and of guidance for optimizing the cutter system of the Rock Tunnel Boring Machine.
