新型粉煤灰激发剂在稳定土中应用的试验

摘要 针对激发性粉煤灰能否替代部分水泥作为稳定土路面基层材料的问题.通过室内实验,分析讨论稳定土中各原材料的性能以及稳定土的无侧限抗压强度.通过均匀设计理论安排无侧限抗压强度试验,应用SPSS软件对试验结果进行回归分析得出稳定土的最佳配方.通过试验对比分析了在不同激发剂掺量下的水泥粉煤灰稳定土和水泥稳定土的无侧限抗压强度,结果表明:利用激发剂激发粉煤灰的潜在活性可以有效的替代部分水泥作为稳定土的路面基层材料. In order to study whether the stimulated fly ash can replace part of the cement stabilized soil as road base material problems, this study carried out large amount of laboratory experiment, and analyzed the characteristic of various raw materials in the stabilizer soil as well as the non-side limits compressive strength of the stabilizer soil. This study obtained the best formula of stabilized soil through the uniform design theory unconfined compressive strength test, and based on the test results of the regression analysis of soil stability by SPSS software. And contrastive analysis, in the different excitant mixes under the quantity the cement pulverized coal ash stabilizer soil and the soil-cement non-side limits the compressive strength. The test result indicates that the use of fly ash activator to stimulate the potential activity in fly ash can be an effective replacement for part of cement stabilized soil for road base materials.
