摘要
采用单向拉伸试验,研究了5种GFRP/CFRP混杂比,4种层间混杂铺设方式,及3种结构胶对GFRP/CFRP层间混杂纤维纵向极限拉伸性能的影响,分析了GFRP/CFRP层间混杂复合材料拉伸性能改善机理。试验结果表明:GFRP/CFRP层间混杂纤维复合材料显著改善了单一复合材料拉伸弹脆性特性,具有明显的屈服台阶;当CFRP体积份数为0.29~0.45,GFRP/CFRP层间混杂材料具有良好的变形性能和强度特性。
By unidirectional tensile test,the ultimate longitudinal tensile performance of interply hybrid GFRP /CFRP was investigated,which involved 5 different hybrid ratios of GFRP and CFRP,4 layout patterns of GFRP and CFRP,and the influence of 3 different structural adhesives on the ultimate longitudinal tensile performance of interply hybrid GFRP / CFRP.The improvement mechanism of interply hybrid of GFRP / CFRP was also analyzed. The test results show that: the interply hybrid GFRP / CFRP sheet has significantly changed the linear elastic characteristics of single type of FRP up to failure and possesses with obvious yield plateau; when the volume fraction of CFRP in the interply hybrid GFRP / CFRP composite ranges from 0. 29 ~ 0. 45,the interply hybrid GFRP / CFRP composite is characterized with good deformation and strength properties.
