摘要
目的探讨取消洁净手术室术晨物体表面湿式清洁对手术室空气质量的影响。方法2008年10-12月取3间10 000级洁净手术室,对照组在术晨常规实施物体表面的湿式清洁,研究组在术晨取消湿式清洁。两组均于手术结束后彻底清洁手术室,手术室停用时采用值班运行的低净化状态,日晨启动高净化状态,比较两组的物体表面细菌量、空气沉降菌落数、空气微粒数、外科伤口部位感染(infection surgical site,SSI)率等指标。结果两组在全天手术结束、手术室湿式清洁后30 min、次日高净化后30 min物体表面细菌培养均为阴性,空气细菌培养均为阴性;对照组术晨物体表面清洁前后≥0.5μm和≥5μm的尘粒数均在国家规定的范围内;两组SSI率均为0。结论手术结束后彻底清洁手术室,并在停用时采用值班运行的低净化状态,术晨可以取消物体表面湿式清洁;该做法不影响手术室物体表面和空气的质量,能节约人力资源。
Objective To explore the effects of object surface wet-cleaning on air quality at laminar flow operation room in the morning on surgery day.Methods From Oct.2008 to Dec.2008,three operation rooms at 10 000 scale laminar flow were divided into the intervention group without object surface wet-cleaning and the control group with object surface wet-cleaning.A thorough cleaning was done and low laminar flow was on duty process after all operations.The high laminar flow started at 30 minutes before operation in both groups.The bacterial content on object surface,colony-forming unit(CFU) of air by sedimentation method,air particle counts and rates of infection surgical site(SSI) were compared.Results The bacterial contents on object surface were negative after 30 minutes of a thorough wet-cleaning and a high laminar flow before 30 minutes of operation in both groups.The CFU of air by sedimentation method was negative too in above situation.The air particle counts of object surface were ≥ 0.5 μm and ≥5 μm before and after wet-cleaning in the control group which were normal according to our country standard.The rates of SSI were 0 in both groups.Conclusion A thorough wet-cleaning after all operation on the day before operation and laminar flow on duty process in the empty operation room could replace object surface wet-cleaning in the morning on the operation day,which seldom affected the cleanliness of object surface and air quality and could save more human resources.
