摘要
对中国古代管理思想的研究,是近年来开始为人们关注的一项重要课题。本文从墨子管理体系的三个构成要素入手,探讨了他的管理思想的主要内容与基本特征。同时还发现其学说存在着一个相互联系、相辅为用,又相互悖离、相互否定的特异现象,形成互为制约的关系,由此兼及墨学的内在矛盾。本文意在以古为鉴。
The study of the ancient Chinese management thought is becoming a notable and important subject in recent years. Based on the three component parts of Mozis management ideological system,this thesis probes into the main contents and fundamental features of his management thought. Moreover, I find a characteristic phenomenon in his system that factors are mutually relative, assistuive,exclusive and negative each other. So the matual restriltive relation is formed. And thus the inner contradiction is touched on too. The thesis aims at draming some inspiration from ancient thoughts for modern management.
