摘要
通过对竞技健美操男单运动员14次训练课运动负荷的测试,认为现阶段我国竞技健美操在训练负荷上有偏小的趋势,在准备活动的量和强度上也略显不足,通过研究发现,我国竞技健美操男单项目的训练负荷应控制在运动后即刻平均心率165次/分的范围内。
The study is on the date of fourteen training classes according to the aerobic dance man peculiarity individual event in order to find the changing compasser of physiology and psychology because of different training load in man individual event and to advance the simple index capacity for evaluaing training load, so as to provide consulting foundatiom to arrange the training load of man individual event in the future.
