摘要
如何迅速形成以速度为核心的跨栏跑是田径技术教学改革的一个现实问题。本文采用教学对比实验方法,实验结果表明:新教法教学效果明显优于传统教法。
How to inform a hurdle teaching and training system with speed as its kernel became a serious problem in track and field teaching reform. By mathematical contrast and new theory of modern hurdle, a reform to the speed rhythm teaching were given. Results of experiments show that new teaching method is much better.
