摘要
采用创业态度倾向量表(EAO)对中国、美国、泰国、南朝鲜的创业者和非创业者进行评定,并从创新精神,成就动机、自信心、控制欲四方面加以比较。资料分析表明,美国的创业者和非创业者在态度倾向上有显著差异,而中国和其它国家差异不显著;在不同国家的创业者间也有某种差异。
The Entrepreneurial Attitude OrientationScale(EAO)was used to assess the attitudeconstellations of innovation,achievementorientation,self-esteem,and personal controlof both entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneursin the United States,Korea,Thailand,andthe People's Republic of China.Analyses ofthe data reveal a significant differencebetween entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneursin the United States but not in the other coun-tries.There are also significant differencesamong entrepreneurs from country to country.The non-portability of these attitudecontellations to Asian countries is identified.
