摘要
应用DLT方法对何灼强、何英强、李顺柱分别抓举117.5公斤、133.5公斤、150公斤成功的技术动作进行了三维摄相测量分析。矢状面和水平面内杠铃重心和人体重心运动轨迹结合,揭示了“两心”在三维空间的运动规律。“杠心”左右偏移与杠铃额状面内的倾斜没有对应关系。在不同技术阶段,运动员对杠铃做功的功率P_1和P_2,可用于抓举运动员能力的判别。人体对杠铃做功的效率η_1为75%左右(占对杠铃和人体做的总功的百分比);对杠铃做功中,克服杠铃重力做功的效率η_2,正常值在97%以上。
Techniques of three top snatchers He Zhuoqiang(52kg),He Yingqiang(56kg)and Li Shunzhu(75kg),all of them areworld champions, were studied based on the 3-D video analysis with DLT technique when they finished 117. 5kg,133.5kg,and 150kg respectively. Trajectories of barbell centre and body centre both from side view and top view explained the snatchtechnique. The left or right offset of the barbell centre has no corresponding relationship with the incline of the bar from thefrontal view. The average power from lift-off to maximum velocity of the barbell(P1)and during second pull(P2)could beused to assess snatcher's ability. The work to the barbell by the body, referred to as efficient η_1 , is about 75% of the totalwork of body and barbell; while the work to the barbell in the vertical direction done by the snatcher, referred to as efficientη_2,is about 97% normally.
