摘要
本研究以唐菖蒲子球茎为外植体,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计唐菖蒲芽分化数学模型,获得了最优化的唐菖蒲芽分化培养基(MS+NAA0.2+BA2.0+KT0.8)和生根培养基(MS+IBA0.5),研究结果还显示单芽发育成的植株的移栽成活率显著高于丛生芽发育而成的植株。初步建立了唐菖蒲利用外植体直接分化再生体系。
Regeneration system of direct differentiation was established by using little bulbs of Gladiolus as explants. Differentiation was conducted by using the design of multiple factorial quadratic regressive orthogonal rotation. Mathematical model was established by using software of regressive rotation. The result indicated that the optimum differentiation medium was MS+NAA0.2+BA2.0+KT0.8 and the optimum rooting medium was MS+IBA0.5.Survival rate of plants from single bud was significant high than that from clustered buds.
