摘要
随着分子生物学和基因工程的发展,人们发现内含子在基因表达调控中起到了非常重要的作用。最近,除了对内含子本身结构与功能研究外,在应用研究方面产生了许多新的热点。本文简要介绍了内含子、内含子增强基因表达的分子机制、影响内含子增强表达的因素和其在植物基因工程上的一些新的应用以及发展前景。
With the development of molecular biology and genetic engineering, intron is found to be especially important in gene expression regulation. Recently, in addition to its structure and function research, intron application has drawn lots of interest. Here intron, the molecular mechanism and influence factors of its enhancing gene expression and its new application and perspective in plant genetic engineering are reviewed.
