摘要
于80年代后期著者对国内沿海原油运输系统做了较为全面的调查,在此基础上经过计算和分析提出沿海原油运输的经济船型和最优船队发展规划。文中列出了1988年完成的国内沿海原油运输各船队从1989年初至1995年底连续7年的发展规划计算结果,以供参考和讨论。
By the late 1980s, a comprehensive investigation on the crude oil shipping system for China coastal service had been done. The calculation and analysis were completed in 1988 on the economical ship types and the optimal development plan of the fleet are presented in this paper for discussion.
