本文是现代长冲程船用柴油机轴系扭转—轴向耦合振动研究的第一部分,着重讨论了物理模型,并简要地论述了该命题的现状。扭转—轴向耦合刚度是该问题的关键参数,本文作了详尽的分析讨论。本文认为集中质量的力学模型,不仅适用于单独计算纯扭转振动和纯轴向振动,而且同样适用于扭转—轴向耦合振动的研究。轴系扭转—轴向耦合振动的数学模型及其求解等问题,将在续篇中进行讨论。
The present article is the first part of a thesis dealing with the coupled torsional-axial vibration of the shaft system for long stroke marine diesel engines, in which both the physical and the mathematical modelling as well as a practical solution method of the problem are investigated. A brief account of the status quo of the vibration problem is given in the paper, together with physical modelling. The coupled torsional-axial stiffness element, which is the key parameter of the problem, is thoroughly discussed. A lumped mass model of the system is thus proposed which can be used either for the solution of the problem of coupled torsional-axial vibration, or that of non-coupled torsional or axial vibration separately. The mathematical treatment of the problem and the numerical technique in its solution will be dealt with further in a separate article.
