摘要
在知识经济时代的大背景下,高校对图书馆学科知识服务的要求日渐增高。为了让图书馆更好地履行知识管理和信息管理服务的职能,结合自身工作情况,对学校重点学科的知识服务工作做了总结和分析。在践行如下的工作思路和方法后,在对学科用户的反馈调查中,学科用户的满意度达到优秀。笔者认为重点学科知识服务新模式具有实用性、时效性和可行性。
The requirements of library knowledge service increase in the knowledge economy ages. To let the library to better perform the function of the knowledge management and information management service, this paper makes a summary and analysis about the knowledge service work of key disciplines combining with their own work.After the implementation of following ideas and methods, the users' satisfaction achieve the outstanding grade in the feedback survey. In conclusion, the new mode of key disciplines knowledge service is practical, efficient and feasible.
