刚地弓形虫与出生缺陷及其入侵机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 刚地弓形虫是重要的致畸性原虫,孕妇感染后可影响胎儿发育导致出生缺陷。虫体在入侵宿主细胞和致病的过程中,其表面抗原(surface antigen,SAG)、微线体蛋白(micronemes,MIC)、棒状体蛋白(rhoptry protein,ROP)和致密颗粒蛋白(dense granule protein,GRA)起到重要作用。本文就当前弓形虫的流行情况以及研究热点综述如下。
