颈动脉内膜切除术治疗颈动脉狭窄19例分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的总结颈动脉内膜切除术(CEA)治疗颈动脉狭窄的临床经验。方法 2010年5月~2012年11月,共19例患者进行CEA,患者术前均行颈动脉CT血管造影(CTA)检查证实颈内动脉狭窄】70%,术中均用转流管及人工血管补片扩大成型。结果患者手术均获成功,围手术期无脑出血及脑梗死发生,1例CEA术后36 h颈部创口处出现大血肿导致呼吸困难行血肿清除后好转,无舌下神经损伤病例。患者都得到随访,术后随访1~25个月,除1例在随访期间因心脏病死亡外,其余病例病情均稳定。结论 CEA是治疗颈动脉狭窄的安全、有效的方法。
