摘要
目的建立紫外分光光度法测定布洛肾素片中抗氧剂焦亚硫酸钠的含量。方法采用比色法,焦亚硫酸钠与甲醛和碱性品红反应产生紫红色化合物,室温放置25 min后,在557 nm波长处测定紫外吸光度值,按外标法计算焦亚硫酸钠含量。结果焦亚硫酸钠在0.100~1.603 mg?L-1(r=0.999 9)内线性关系良好,重复性RSD为0.29%,平均回收率为101.6%,RSD为0.31%。结论该方法能够有效测定布洛肾素片中焦亚硫酸钠的含量。
Abstrat: Objective To establish a method to determine antioxidant sodium metabisulfite in ibuprofen-phenylephrine hydrochloride tablets. Methods The colorimetry method was applied based onreaction of sodium metabisulfite with formaldehyde and basic fuchsin. After reaction for 25 minutes under room temperature, the product of a purple compound was formed and absorbance of the solution at 557 nm was determined to calculate the content of sodium metabisulfite. Results This determination method of sodium metabisulfite was developed with good linearity over the concentration range of 0.100~1.603 mg?L-1(r=0.999 9), precision RSD of 0.29% and average recovery of 101.6%. Conclusions This established colorimetry method is sensitive, simple and convenient, which can be used to determine the content of sodium metabisulfite in the preparations.
