摘要
目的:观察人体模型在医患沟通中的作用。方法:将50名住院患者随机分成两组,实验组(25例)在常规医患谈话基础上运用人体模型告知病情,对照组(25例)仅常规谈话。观察医患沟通效果,包括医患首次谈话耗时和患者理解程度、对沟通的满意度。结果:两组谈话效果比较,实验组医患谈话耗时比对照组有显著差异(p<0.05),实验组患者对病情理解程度比对照组有显著差异(p<0.05),实验组患者对沟通的满意度比对照组有显著差异(p<0.05)。结论:运用人体模型利于医患沟通,在一定程度上可改善医患关系。
Objective:To observe the effect of mannequin in Doctor-Patient Communication.Methods:Fifty patients were randomly divided into two groups.The cases were apprised to the experiment group in routine mode plus mannequin and to the control group in routine mode only.The understanding degree to the case and the satisfaction degree of the patients and the time of the conversation were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in understanding rate,satisfaction rate and time of conversation.Conclusion:The mannequin can be beneficial to the doctor-patient communication and the doctor-patient relationship.
