摘要
目的:寻找治疗多涕症所致鼻后滴漏综合征的有效方法。方法:65例患者分别使用单纯西医治疗及中西医结合治疗,记录症状与体征变化,统计疗效。结果:单纯西医对照组有效率62.1%,中西医结合组有效率86.1%;统计学处理有差异性(p【0.05)。结论:中西医结合多涕症所致鼻后滴漏综合征优于单纯采用西医治疗。
Objective To find a more effective therapy on postnasal drip syndrome caused by over-rhinorrhea. Methods 65 patients were divided into treating group and controlling one, treated with integrative medicine therapy and chemical drugs therapy for them respectively. Then, all the symptoms and signs of patients under investigating were recorded and analyzed. Results The effective rate was 87% in treating group and 62% in controlling one respectively, with difference between them(p<0.05). Conclusion The therapy of integrative medicine is more effective on postnasal drip syndrome caused by over-rhinorrheat than chemical drugs therapy.
