摘要
目的观察在不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术中使用国产自体-3000型血液回收机(北京京精医疗设备公司)处理后的红细胞生物物理性质和携氧功能的变化.方法2003年11月~2004年1月20例在该科连续行择期不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植手术的病人随机分为实验组(血液回收组)和对照组(非血液回收组).实验组病人术中使用国产自体-3000型血液回收机回收术野失血.分别使用激光衍射法测量红细胞大、小变形性,取向性,使用同位素铬51标记法测定红细胞在体内的半衰期,使用AvL OMNITM分析仪测量红细胞的携氧功能p50.结果实验组经血液回收处理的红细胞和对照组未经血液回收处理的红细胞生物物理性质(大、小变形性,取向性,在体内的外表半衰期)和携氧功能P50无显著性差异.结论在不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术中,使用国产自体-3000型血液回收机(回收处理后的红细胞生物物理性质(大、小变形性,取向性以及在体内的半衰期)和携氧功能(P50)没有显著的影响.
Objective:To investigate the biophysical properties and oxygen affinity of red blood cells(RBCs)processed by the ZITI-3000Blood saving System(Peking medical treatment facility corporation).Methods:20consecutive patients undergoing scheduled off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting between November2003and January2004were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group.Intra-op-erative autotransfusion was used in the experimental group.A single isotope technique(51Cr)was used to de-termine the bio-half-life in vivo of the different cell population.New Ektacytometry was used to measure the deformation and orientation of processed RBCs and control RBCs.And AVL OMNI analysor was used to mea-sure the oxygen half-saturation pressure of hemoglobin(P50)of the two RBCS.Results:Comparison of the date in the two groups failed to show any significant difference in either the biophysical properties(deforma-tion index,small deformation index,orientation index,bio-half-life in vivo)or the oxygen affinity P50be-tween the autotransfused RBCs and the control RBCs.Conclusion:This study indicated that the biophysical properties(deformation index,small deformation index,orientation index,bio-half-life in vivo)and oxygen affinity P50of shed blood collected and processed during operation with the ZITI-3000Blood saving System are not significantly different from control RBCs.
