摘要
通辽发电总厂 3号HG - 6 70 / 14 0 -HM12型锅炉投产运行后 ,锅炉排烟温度始终在 170℃左右 ,严重影响机组经济运行指标。通过安装电站锅炉排烟余热回收系统 ,排烟温度降低近 30℃。主要介绍余热回收系统的设计和应用。
After No.3 HG-670/140-HM12 boiler for Tongliao General Power Plant is put into operation,the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler remains about 170 ℃,which greatly effected the economic operation index of generating unit.The exhaust gas temperature can be reduced to 30 ℃,after utility boiler is installed.This paper mainly deals with the design and application of afterheat recovery system.
