摘要
在N2气氛下,以Si3N4、SrCO3和Eu2O3为原料,采用自还原高温固相合成法制备了Sr0.97Si2N2O2∶0.03Eu2+荧光粉。在近紫外光激发下,该荧光粉发出明亮的黄绿光,发射峰位于533 nm处。采用XRD分析了不同助熔剂(NH4F,NH4Cl,Li2CO3,H3BO3)条件下的荧光粉晶相发育情况。通过SEM和荧光光谱研究了不同助熔剂对Sr0.97Si2N2O2∶0.03Eu2+晶粒形貌及发光性能的影响。结果表明,随着助熔剂的添加,荧光粉团聚现象缓解、结晶度增强、分散性提高,且不同程度地提高了荧光粉的发光强度,其中以NH4Cl的添加效果最佳。
Sr0. 97Si2N2O2∶ 0. 03Eu2 +phosphors were prepared by conventional high temperature solidstate reaction using Si3N4,SrCO3,and Eu2O3as the raw materials. Excited by near-ultraviolet,the phosphors emit bright yellowish-green light and the peak of the emission spectra is at 533 nm. The crystalline phase formations of the phosphors with different fluxes(NH4F,NH4Cl,Li2CO3,H3BO3) were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The effects of the fluxes on the morphology and luminescent properties of the phosphors were also investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and fluorescence spectrometer,respectively. With the introduction of the fluxes,the agglomeration of the phosphors is relieved significantly,the crystallinity is increased,and the emission intensity is enhanced. For all the fluxes,NH4Cl has the greatest effect on the emission intensity of the phosphors.
