高校学生能否在职场取得成功,不仅取决于是否具有扎实的专业知识,更取决于自身的综合素质。根据优秀企业文化的特征,在高校教育教学中渗透企业的价值观、诚实、创新、合作等文化,激发学生的学习兴趣和潜在创造力,培养满足用人单位需求的高标准人才。
Whether college students can succeed in their jobs or not depends on not only their solid pro-fessional knowledge,but also the comprehensive quality of their own.According to the characteristics of excellent enterprises,permeating the enterprise culture such as values,honesty,innovation and cooperation, etc.into the college teaching can stimulate the learning interest and potential creativity of students,and cul-tivate high-quality talents to meet the demand of the employers.
