摘要
高校教育管理关乎学生的综合素质提升,更关乎我国社会主义现代化的快速进步,在新的社会发展时期,如何优化高校教育管理模式,更好地满足学生学习需求,是当前亟需解决的重要问题。分析现阶段我国高校内部的教育管理现状,不难看出,高校内部管理模式单一、消极、唯上。教育管理应以生为本,不断优化,不断提升高校教育管理服务水平,为我国社会培养更多创新型人才奠定坚实的基础。
College education management relates to improve the overall quality of students, and to the rapid progress of China's socialist modernization, in current stage, how to optimize the management pattern of the College education and to meet the students' requirements about study, is the important issues need to be answered. By analyzing the current status of china college inner management, It's not hard to conclude that the college inner management pattern is simple, negative and just follow orders. The educational management should based on students, instantly be optimized, the level of current college education management and serve should be instantly improved, in order to construct the steady foundation for colleges cul-tivating more innovative talent for our society.
