摘要
处于义务教育和高等教育之间的农村高中生的个人发展权并没有得到有效的保障,受到了落后的思想观念、狭窄的发展路径、滞后的城乡二元体制等因素的束缚。通过对这些因素的分析发现,保障农村高中生个人发展权主要可以从加强农村高中的师资建设、完善高中与职业教育的衔接工作、逐步推进高中教育均衡化发展等三个方面进行。
