摘要
对于高职大学生来讲,学生管理工作比本科院校难度要大,究其原因无非是高职大学生入学成绩差,思想和道德素质普遍比本科院校低,在学生管理中出现的问题比较多.因此高职院校的学生管理必须要加强道德素质方面的工作,增加对思想道德方面的教育,同时高职院校的人才培养模式又具有鲜明的职业特色,因此为了更好地做好学生管理工作,必须把职业特色和道德素质相结合.
For vocational college, student management is more difficult than the larger colleges, the reason is simply poor vocational college admission scores, ideological and moral qualities generally lower than undergraduate institutions, appear in the student management more problems.
