摘要
期刊阅览室作为高校图书馆的重要组成部分,在图书馆管理中发挥着不可替代的作用.学术期刊杂志作为学科研究发表的主要场所,是老师和学生了解最新学术信息的方式,因此,期刊阅览室承担着与师生交流互动的职责.如何促进期刊阅览室的人性化管理,是图书馆管理亟需解决的问题.本文试图从制度管理、硬件设施、技术服务、员工服务等多方面对期刊阅览室的人性化管理进行探讨,以达到提高期刊阅览室的管理水平,促进图书馆更好地为师生员工服务的目的.
Periodical Reading Room as an important part of the university library plays an irreplaceable role in library management. Academic journals published as the main place of interdisciplinary research, teachers and students to understand the way the latest academic information, therefore, periodicals reading room with a teacher-student interaction bear responsibility. How to promote humane management Periodical Reading Room, Library management is needed to solve the problem. This paper attempts to explore from a system management, hardware, technical services, staff services, and many other periodicals reading room on the humane management, in order to improve the management level of Periodical Reading Room, and promote better library services for students and staff.
