基于校企合作的“双师型”高职教师培养模式浅析 被引量:2

摘要 "双师型"教师作为职业教育中的中坚力量,直接关系到学生的培养质量,"双师型"教师队伍建设是我国职业教育在"工学结合,校企合作"办学模式下所面临的关键问题之一。本文综述了国内高职院校"双师型"教师队伍的建设模式,分析了现有"双师型"教师队伍建设模式的几点问题,并提出了改善现状的意见和建议。 'Double' Teacher as the backbone of vocational education is directly related to the quality of training of students, 'Double' Teachers are the key issues of vocational education in 'work and study, school-enterprise cooperation' under the school system faces one. This paper reviews the national vocational colleges 'Double Teachers' team building model, analysis of several problems existing 'Double Teachers' team building model, and made comments and suggestions to improve the situation.
