摘要
普通学校教师对学龄融合教育的态度主要与相关人员的认识、教学管理、普通教师自身和开展特殊儿童融合教育的一些辅助条件有很大的关系.为了使教师转变对融合教育的态度,需要学校领导的大力配合、理解和支持融合教育,改革教学管理体制,也需要加强普通教师自身的专业培训和弥补融合教育辅助条件的不足,上述问题的切实解决是融合教育得以顺利进行的长久之计.
The ordinary teacher's attitude towards inclusion education of special school-age children has a lot to do with four factors: relevant staff awareness of inclusion education, teaching management, ordinary teachers own conditions and auxiliary conditions of inclusion education. In order to change teachers attitude, cooperate, understanding and support of school leaders are needed, the teaching reform,teaching training and auxiliary conditions are also needed. Only in this way, can inclusion education of special school-age children has a good future.
