摘要
教育者素质的高低往往影响着学生的发展，思想政治教育的成效很大程度上取决于教育者的素质和能力。因此，教育者必须转变理念，高度认识新时期对教育者素质提出的新要求及必备的素质结构，探索新形势下提高教育者素质的有效途径，不断提高教育者的素质。
The educators' qualities often influence the development of students,The effect of ideological and political edu-cation to a large extent depends on the quality and ability of educators. So educators must change concept,understanding the new requirement of educators' quality and the essential quality structure, to explore effective ways to improve the educators' quality under the new situation, improving educators' quality.
