摘要
在广东省加大职业教育人才培养立交桥建设力度的背景下,我院积极参与到实际工作中来,承担了医疗器械制造与维护专业中高职三二分段人才培养模式的设计与实施任务,已经取得一定的进展;本文旨在对目前各省开展高职三二分段人才培养模式进行调研,根据医疗器械制造与维护专业中高职不同就业方向对人才培养目标进行精准定位,研究医疗器械中高职三二分段科学衔接的人才培养方案。
In Guangdong Province, in the background of increasing vocational education the overpass construction efforts, and actively participate in the actual work to undertake a medical equipment manufacturing and maintenance of specialized vocational 3:2 in the design and implementation of the mission personnel training mode, some progress has been made;This pa-per aims to present the provinces to carry out vocational training model of 3:2 for research, according to the medical equipment manufacturing and maintenance professionals in different directions employment for vocational training objectives for accurate positioning, research medical devices vocational 3:2 convergence of scientific personnel training program.
