摘要
大学生就业是我国高等教育的重要问题。积极心理学是主张激发人的潜在的、具有建设性的力量，以积极的心态来看待事物。在积极心理学理念的引导下，帮助大学生正确看待就业，调整就业压力，应对就业心理危机，促进大学生身心全面发展具有重要的意义。
Graduate employment is an important issue of higher education. Positive psychology is advocated to stimulate people's potential, constructive force, a positive attitude to look at things. Under the guidance of the concept of positive psy-chology to help students correct view of employment, the employment pressure adjustment, psychological response to the employment crisis and promote the full development of college students is significant.
