摘要
作为高校与大学生沟通的桥梁和纽带，学生干部队伍发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文阐述了开展高校学生干部队伍建设工作的重要意义和选拔高校学生干部应遵循的原则，并着重从选拔、培养、监督、管理和考核等五个方面研究了学生干部队伍建设的对策。
As a bridge and link between college and students, student cadres are playing an increasingly important role. This paper describes the importance of cadres to carry out the work of college students and college student cadre selection prin-ciples to be followed, and focus from the selection, training, supervision, management and assessment in five areas studied countermeasures of student cadres construction.
