摘要
为实现大型变速箱的翻转,提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,设计了一种液压自动翻转机。主要从机械结构与液压系统等方面对设计过程进行了阐述,并对某些重要零件进行了应力分析。经实际应用,该翻转机可以用于大型变速箱的翻转功能。
To realize the turnover of large gearboxes, improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensi-ty, so a hydraulic turnover machine was desiged in this paper. The design process of this new hydraulic turnover ma-chine was roundly introduced from the mechanical system to hydraulic system. And the forces of some important parts were also analyzed. Then practical application showed that this hydraulic turnover machine could satisfy the demands of the turnover with large gear boxes.
