摘要
蒸汽夹套管是采用蒸汽来加热或维持流体温度的特殊管道,其设计和施工均比较复杂。夹套管内的介质一般比较黏稠,在设计中应保证其流动性,减小阻力降,并优化套管内蒸汽介质走向,以保证最佳伴热效果。以国内熔融法制备聚合物的装置为例,从蒸汽夹套管走向、跨接管、蒸汽引入引出管及拆卸法兰的布置等方面介绍了蒸汽夹套管的优化设计,并介绍了弯头、三通等主要管件的选用原则及支管的连接方式。
Steam jacket pipe is a kind of special pipe used for heating or maintaining the temperature of the passing stream with steam.The design and construction of steam jacket pipe are very complicated.The flow in jacket pipe is usually viscous,so it′s necessary to ensure its fluidity,reduce resistance drop and optimize steam flow to guarantee the best tracing effect.Taking apolymer production unit in China adopting melting technology for example,this article introduces the optimized design of steam jacketed pipe in terms of pipe routing and the arrangement of jumper pipe,inlet pipe,outlet pipe and dismantling flange,and discusses the selection principles for major pipe fittings such as elbows and tees and the connection of branch pipes.
