摘要
为了解乌鲁木齐市小学科学教师专业素养的发展现状,课题组对乌鲁木齐第7期、第8期继续教育的小学科学教师进行了"科学教学专业能力自我检查问卷"调查,得出了结论并有针对性地提出了小学科学教师的培训策略。
To investigate the current situation of science teacher's professional qualities in Urumqi,The project team launched a survey to the trainees in the 7th and 8th continuing education program for primary science teachers. Based on the analysis of ' the self- evaluating questionnaire of professional qualities in science teaching',this article tries to provide some training strategies for the science teachers in primary schools.
