摘要
高校的合并和扩建促使许多大学形成了多校区格局,然而在多校区高校形成之前,各校区之间有着不同的制度和文化,因此克服这种差异并促进多种文化的融合是多校区校园文化建设的关键。在多校区文化建设过程中,可根据高校的整合或扩建过程将文化建设分为初期、完成期、转型期三个时期,并根据其阶段性提出对应的校园文化建设方法,促使高校合并或扩建能真正从表面融合走向深度交融。在合并或扩建初期,应重在强化归属和整体;在完成合并或扩建后,应重在强化一体和融合;在进入转型期后,应重在强化提高和创新,继而建设更加完善的校园文化。
Consolidation and expansion of universities have prompted many universities to form a multi-campus structure. However, before the consolidation, there were some differences in the management and ideas between the different campuses. So to overcome these differences is the key to the construction of campus culture. Consolidation or expansion of multi-campus university can be divided into three phases. They are the initial stage, completion date and transitional period. According to its stage, corresponding methods of campus culture construction are proposed to promote the consolidation or expansion of universities from the surface integration to the depth blend. In the early period, ownership and overall were strengthened. After the completion of the merger or expansion, strengthening integration was focused on. After entering transitional period, improving and strengthening innovation were concerned. Thereby a higher level of campus culture is built.
