摘要
将桁架蜂窝结构应用到DVG850高速立式加工中心的工作台系统设计中,建立了3种不同结构的工作台系统方案,并应用ANSYS Workbench分别对3种工作台进行了谐响应分析。分析结果表明,蜂窝结构工作台的抗振性能最好;为进一步提高蜂窝结构工作台的振动特性,采用阻尼减振的方法对其进行了优化设计,结果发现此减振方法能够在一定程度上提高该工作台的抗振动能力。
Applied truss structure and honeycomb structure to DVG850 high speed vertical machining center table system design,established three different structure of the table system' s scheme,and proceeded harmonic response analysis to them with ANSYS Workbench respectively. The analysis shows that resistance to shock of honeycomb structure work table is better,making optimal design using damping vibration attenuation for further improving the vibration performance of it. Finally,discovered this vibration damping way can enhance antivibrancy ability of honeycomb structure work table to some extent.
