摘要
以高强硅酸盐钢筋水泥混凝土为内核主体、以树脂混凝土为外部包覆层的复合混凝土是一种应用于制造机床床身的新型材料,以制造卧式加工中心机床床身为例,进行了其相关材料性能测试,在测试数据的基础上对复合混凝土材料卧式加工中心机床床身动静态性能进行了仿真分析和实验,结果表明该种复合混凝土机床床身具有优良的动静态性能。
Composite concrete which consist of silicate reinforced cement concrete inner coal and polymer concrete external coating layer is a new material applied to machine tool bed manufacturing. The horizontal machine center bed manufacturing was taken as an example,dynamic & static simulation and test based on the parameter came from the related material property tests had been done. The results showed that the application of composite concrete machine tool bed has excellent dynamic & static performance.
