磁力研磨加工718模具钢表面质量和形貌试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对718模具钢经过机械加工后难以达到使用要求的问题,该试验基于磁力研磨,采用雾化快凝法制备的球形磁性磨料,选取718模具钢进行光整加工。采用湿研法,选用不同粒度磨料对工件进行磁力研磨,试验结果表明:原始718模具钢工件微观表面形貌和微观裂纹得到改善;表面粗糙度值由原始的0.413μm下降到0.014μm,达到镜面效果。由此表明磁力研磨对718模具钢具有良好的光整加工效果,为磁力研磨在模具加工行业中的推广应用提供了理论指导和工艺参考。 To solve the problem that 718 die steel can't meet operational requirement after machining. The experiment is based on magnetic abrasive finishing,the 718 die steel is finished by new spherical abrasive produced by gas atomization. With wet magnetic abrasive finishing,process the workpicec using different particle size of abrasives. The experiment results show that the original microscopic surface morphology and micro crack of workpiece can be improved and the original surface roughness reach to 0. 014 μm from 0. 413 μm,a surface roughness of mirror face level can be achieved. It is indicated that 718 die steel can achieve perfect finishing machining effect using magnetic abrasive finishing. Provides theoretical guidance and technology reference for magnetic abrasive finishing using in mould manufacture industry.
