摘要
针对某超超临界机组所用的末级动叶片(1 092 mm)的结构工艺特点,设计先进工艺流程和专用工装,论述了加工中的技术难点,并采用叶片专用加工软件和高度智能的数控加工手段完成了该叶片的高效加工,满足了产品质量要求。
According to the structured process characteristics of moving blade( the airfoil length is 1092mm) in ultra- supercritical steam turbine generator,advanced process and special tools were designed. The technical difficulties in processing was discussed,using processing blade software and the most advanced numerical control machining technology to get better quality of the blade and satisfy the design.
