摘要
为了解体育考试过程中,情景压力对个体情绪和考试成绩的影响,本文作者以337名大学生为研究对象,组织了为期两年的考试实验。实验结果表明:情景压力明显影响被试的测验焦虑;焦虑与技巧性较强或强度、运动量较大的体能型项目成绩相关,但相关的正负性因项目的特点不同而异;性格倾向与焦虑不相关;等等这些为教师如何指导学生正常发挥体育考试水平提供了参考性意见。
The purpose of this study was to inquire into the influence of situation pressure on personal emotion and sport performance. Three hundred and sixteen undergraduates were employed as subjects to complete two experiments of physical education examination. The indexes of the measurement were as follows: anxiety (tested by STAI), individual inclination, 100 - meter sprint, 800/1000 - meter run, long jump, triple jumpand and overhead service of volleyball. The data of experiment was analyzed by computer (Cx486DX2) with SPSS. Results showed: the anxiety state was influenced by situation pressure; there was a close interrelation between anxiety state and result of personal sport performance, but the direction of interrelation would be different according to the trait of different sport items; there was no interrelation between individual inclination.
