摘要
论述了过去35年特殊用途英语教学概况,逐项陈述了六个具有典型特证的教学方法。提出了作者的见解。
This talk aims at surveying ESP teaching in the past 35 years as 6 characteristic movements,i.e. Register Analysis,Rhetorical Approach.Needs Analysis.Authenticity.Genre Analysis as well as Learning — Centred Approaches, Then it proposes a major challenge to the claims of ESP and draws some conclusions from it.
