摘要
以体育场馆的赢利率为一级评价因子,选取了接受项目弹性度、基础设施、地理位置、交通条件、配套设施、自然环境、功能替代弹性度7个评价因子为二级参数,在此基础上建立了体育场馆多因子综合分级模型。
With profit-rate as top-scale factor and seven other indexes as sub-scale factors in evaluation of the management of sports stadiums and gymnasiums, a multi-factor comprehensive scaling model for sports stadiums and gyms as well as relative methods were established in this paper.
