摘要 为了揭示不同类型运动心脏交感神经的反应性及其调节机制,对经过跑台耐力训练与爬杆静力训练的实验大鼠心脏交感神经递质含量与肾上腺素能受体进行放射酶反应与放射配基结合测定。结果表明,耐力与静力不同类型运动心脏交感神经递质含量与肾上腺素能受体反应性存在差异,耐力型运动心脏中儿茶酚胺水平增高,α<sub>1</sub>受体呈上调反应,但循环中儿茶酚胺的释放水平明显增高。还对不同类型运动心脏交感神经递质与受体反应性改变的调节及其与心脏结构与功能改变的联系进行了探讨。 To show the changes in cardiac sympathetic nervous activities and their regulatory mechanisms,60 male,2-month-old SD rats were trained on electric treadmill and static climbing apparatus for 12 weeks with Bmax values of myocardial α_1 and β adrenoceptors determined by radio-ligand binding technique and contents of cardiac catecholamine determined by radioenzymatic method.The results showed that there were differences in myocardial adrenoceptor and sympathetic nervous mediator in different kinds of athletic heart:after endurance training,the content of catecholamine was increased,only α_1 adrenoceptor was up-regulation and there was no evident change in circulatory level of catecholamine;while after static work,the content of cardiac catecholamine was significantly increased,α_1 adrenoceptor was down-regulation and circulatory level of catecholamine evidently increased.The results suggested that myocardial sympathetic nervous mediator and α_1 adrenoceptor play important roles in regulating structures and functions of different kinds of athletic heart.
