运动员髋、膝、踝伸屈肌力矩的测试分析 被引量:34

摘要 髋、膝、踝三个关节在人体运动中起到非常重要的作用。本文通过等动测力系统的测试,发现当转速为120°/秒时,运动员的各关节伸肌最大力矩明显高于屈肌最大力矩,膝关节屈/伸最大力矩比值高于国人正常人的比值。髋关节的屈/伸比在50%,而踝关节伸肌最大力矩远远高于屈肌力矩值。研究还发现,两侧下肢的对应关节肌最大力矩相关密切。下肢三关节间伸肌最大力矩比值以膝/髋、踝/膝、踝/髋为大小顺序排列。结果还发现,下肢各关节表现的最大伸屈力矩在相近的关节弯曲位置上出现。 The three joints of hip,knee and ankle play important roles in body movements.By measurements with isokinetic dynamometer system on athletes,it is discovered in this study that when rotational speed got to 120 degree/sec.,the maximum torque of extensor in these three joints was significantly larger than that of flexor;in knee joint,the ratio between the maximum flexor and extensor torque was higher than that of ordinary people;in hip joint,the ratio was 50%;and in ankle joint,the maximum torque of extensor was far larger than that of flexor. These results showed that the maximum torques of homologous muscles in both lower limbs joints were highly related.The maximum torque ratio of extensors in these three joints were arranged in an order that the knee/ankle ratio the largest,then the ankle/knee,and then the ankle/hip the smallest.It is also discovered that the maximum extensor and flexor torques also appeared in similar flexion or extension positions of joints.
