摘要
以不同鼠龄大鼠为研究对象 ,通过跑台建立大鼠递增负荷的运动模型 ,探讨耐力训练对不同鼠龄大鼠血清睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )、黄体生成素 (L H)和促卵泡激素 (FSH)的影响。结果认为 ,1.随年龄增加 ,大鼠血清 T、L H和 FSH水平下降 ,血清 E2 水平升高。说明 ,随年龄增加 ,大鼠性腺分泌功能可能出现下降。 2 .通过适宜负荷的运动训练可促使大鼠血清 T水平显著增加 ,血清 L H和 FSH水平增加 ,血清 E2 水平下降 ,说明适宜负荷运动训练可减缓大鼠随年龄增加发生的性腺分泌功能的下降。
Taking rats of different age as research subjects and setting up exercise model through increasing load in treadmill.The main purpose is to discuss endurance training on serum T,E2,LH and FSH of rats of different age.The result shows that the level of T,LH and FSH decrease while the level of E2 rises with the increasing of age.It indicates that secretive function of gonad declines due to increasing of age.Through suitable load exercise,the level of T,LH and FSH significantly rises while the level of E2 declines.It suggests that suitable load exercise can delay the declination of secretive function of gonad due to increasing of age.
